General Information

Using this site — ADA Accessibility

We are committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities. What is the age policy for The Gorge?

All guests must be at least 18 years of age on the date of entry and present a valid government-issued photo ID to enter the venue.

All VIP and accommodation packages are 18+ to purchase.

How do I place my order?

All packages must be purchased online. Sales begin on Tuesday, January 27, at 10am local time. After you click “Buy Now” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner(s) to make and finalize your order.

Is a layaway plan available?

Yes. An optional layaway plan is available and must be selected at checkout. It cannot be added after an order has been submitted.

If you choose the layaway plan, a deposit is due at the time of purchase, with the remaining balance automatically split into equal monthly payments. Payments are processed once per month, with the final payment due in July. A $15 layaway fee is required for setup. Please see additional details below:

For Tickets and Camping:

  • Deposits start at $25
  • The remaining balance is automatically split into equal payments over the following months
For Accommodation Packages
(including Glamping, Hotel, Cave B Ridge, and RV packages)
  • A 50% deposit is due at checkout
  • The remaining balance is split into scheduled payments
All payment amounts and dates are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Layaway payment schedule

If you choose the layaway option, payments will be automatically charged on the following dates:
  • Deposit: At the time of purchase
  • Payment 1: March 6, 2026
  • Payment 2: April 3, 2026
  • Payment 3: May 1, 2026
  • Payment 4: May 29, 2026
  • Payment 5: June 26, 2026
  • Final Payment: July 24, 2026
All payments are charged automatically to the original method of payment on file.

Can I finish paying off my layaway plan early?

Yes! Once you are logged in to your Front Gate Tickets account, go to your “Order History” page and select your order. You will be given the option to pay off your order in full. No additional payments are due if payment is approved.

If you are having trouble locating this option, please Contact Front Gate Tickets with your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used to purchase and they can assist.

Can I update my payment method while on the layaway plan?

Yep! If you need to change your credit card info, please log-in to your Front Gate Tickets account to update.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you receive an email from 100x stating you missed a payment, please follow the instructions in the email to complete your payment. We will honor a 7 day grace period whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation at any time.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is a 6 ticket limit for VIP tickets and a 2 ticket limit for accommodation packages.

How can I request accessibility accommodations?

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

Accessible seating accommodations will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

How will I receive my concert tickets?

All VIP wristbands will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process. If you purchased an accommodation package, you will receive your concert wristbands at check-in!

How will I receive my VIP package and/or accommodation package merchandise?

All package merchandise will be distributed at 100x check-in upon arrival. Items must be picked up on-site as we cannot ship merchandise!

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

When will I receive information about 100x check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased package?

All 100x packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.

VIP Packages

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket with my VIP experience?

All Above & Beyond VIP packages include a General Admission ticket.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets that allow entry to the event with no seats assigned to them. With a general admission ticket, you may be given a specific area to sit or stand in, but you won’t have a specific seat reserved for you. VIP passes include early entry to the venue which allows GA guests to have first access to the venue.

Is parking included?

General admission parking is available for all guests with a ticket. If you would like easier entry and exit, please check The Gorge’s website for more information regarding venue parking.

Accommodation Packages

How many rooms are included in my hotel travel package?

All hotel travel packages include one room for two or four guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability.

Do accommodation packages come with tickets for both nights of Above & Beyond?

Yes! All accommodation packages include tickets to both nights of the event.

My receipt shows tickets for the first night only - do I still have tickets for each show night?

Yes! You have tickets for each show night included in your package.

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the hotel travel package?

More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!

Hotel Information

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy listed below. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your room is ready.

What parking is available at the available hotels?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual hotel’s website.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

All hotels were chosen for comfort, quality, and proximity to the venue.

  • Best Western Lake Front Hotel: 33 mi / 38 min drive
  • The Holiday Inn Express & Suites George Quincy South: 8.6 mi /14 min drive
  • TownePlace Suites by Marriott Ellensburg: 42.7 mi / 47 min drive
  • Holiday Inn Express Ellensburg by IHG: 41.9 mi / 46 min drive
  • Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moses Lake, an IGH Hotel: 36.8 mi / 41 min drive
  • Fairfield Inn – Moses Lake: 37 mi / 45 min drive

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?

Don’t worry – your reservation is confirmed with us! Hotels usually won’t have guest details until we provide our final rooming lists, which happens about 2-3 weeks before check-in. We recommend waiting until 1-2 weeks before check-in to contact the hotel with special requests.

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your hotel travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can reach out to us HERE with the below information to request to connect the reservations.
